The above five core values underpin EPADAAH’s codes of conduct:

Awareness: EPADAAH is committed to giving full attention and focus to the needs and rights of individuals, elders, the member, directors, staff, contractors, stakeholders, partners, sponsors and supporters that interact with us.

Communication: EPADAAH will communicate with individuals, elders, the member, directors, staff, contractors, stakeholders, partners, sponsors and supporters with appropriate detail and disclosure.

Excellence: EPADAAH’s commitment to excellence aims to ensure that the highest possible standards of service and communication to individuals, elders, stakeholders, partners, sponsors and supporters are met.

Respect: We place a very high value on treating individuals, elders, directors, staff, contractors, stakeholders, partners, sponsors and supporters with the utmost of respect. We have the same expectation for how we expect to be treated by others. EPADAAH has a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that falls outside this arena.

Inclusivity: We set a warm, safe, inclusive environment with zero-tolerance for abuse, discrimination, harassment, and/or violence of any form.

Honesty/Integrity/Transparency: We are committed to being open, transparent and truthful in our operations.

Diligence/Attention to detail: We are committed to ensuring work is delivered appropriately and of the highest of quality. EPADAAH is diligent in completing aspects of our services, programs, campaigns and advocacy activities to the highest standards in working to further its mission. 

Responsibility and accountability: We take responsibility for our actions and behaviors. Our commitment to taking responsibility means that we regularly review all our actions, interactions and activities, and aim to correct errors and/or misunderstandings if and as they arise.

Change: We are committed to change if we find an area of our work needs to be re-evaluated and improved upon.
